Late game full mech
Late game build focused on fully

He has good overall stats, but you can choose whoever you want, to be fair, as you will still need to put at least 30 genome in. Rohr starts with feel no pain, which I like, quite high health, and a 70% wound receive chance which is not editable. In theory, Percy is better, but I often play the early game with Percy while genoming Rohr for the endgame. Get his HP and accuracy up to whatever you feel comfortable with, then just pump dodge. Also invest some genome in calories, as augmentations drive consumption quite high, but once you get the MRE recipe, it's easy to deal with.

I hate pain mechanics, so I just stick with Rohr starting perk. To be fair, this perk is kinda broken, it doesn't just reduce pain, it straight up removes the mechanic entirely. Also, don't sleep on the -50% incoming crit damage. it's huge for survivability. Another good option is agile, but then you have to probably invest some genome into pain

It's core, you will be fully augmented and implanted. The -80% reduction, combined with no HP loss from the Magnum, means most augmentations are basically free. +50% resist bonus is just cherry on top. Probably needs to be nerfed, tbf

It's core, an insane dodge buff when fully implanted.

For when you get hit, it's your 'oh shit' perk. When you are getting blasted and caught off guard, you will definitely suffer a wound. Then, you get a total of 3 AP for 4 turns. With our machine guns, 3 extra AP is probably enough to clear whatever you have on screen.

It's a very strong perk that buffs all stats. By the time a Baron spawns, you will have extra health, resistance, and damage. However, it is useless on maps with no Quasimorph presence. But in late game you probably should leave mars anyways.

It's a free perk slot. Lightweight Gear is good before you reduce your armor and weapon weight to 0 with Special Projects, but after you do, you can put whatever you want. Extra dodge from Combat Reflexes, Gear Maintenance, or Shielding are also great. Even something like Training is fine if you don't want to deal with calories, as our augmentations severely impact calorie consumption.

You will be mostly using heavy weapons, as they are the best in the game. All machine guns shred enemies, resistances or not. Combined with high AP from perks and augmentations, you can be unleashing 80 bullets a turn. I find that I often kill everything while still having spare AP left over—the damage is just so high. Another extra is that it also affects grenade launchers and rocket launchers, which are very good sidearms to deal with grouped enemies, but a machine gun will shred them too, so yeah.
Pact
Any Pact
No specific pact synergy for this build -- reforge or use whatever is available.
Put whatever you like. I don't like using Pacts, as most of the time the consequences are just too annoying to deal with for some gimmicky effect. Of course, there are some powerful ones, but I never felt like I needed them. Also, the whole Pact ritual is so badly explained that before this site's existence, I had no idea how to get to the higher-tier ones.
