The Terminator

Game StageLate Game

A cybernetic-based build with exceptional survivability and damage. Requires a good selection of Cybernetic Augments and Implants. For weapons, use a Minigun: Either the Legacy, or the Judge ABC (lower damage, but 10%+ dodge due to no weight). Archangel backpack and for secondary weapons you can use an upgraded Enigma Variant Pistol and a Knife (both ideally at 0.1 kg weight). For armor use whatever you have upgraded or any form of lightweight high-tier armor. I generally prefer to get the weight down to 0.1 for armor pieces before I upgrade resists (I value +0.6% dodge a lot more than +2 resist). Stats to aim for are roughly 60+ in all resists and 60%+ dodge before Agile.

You can use any other Clone with a decent Dodge Chance and give them the Agile perk. Upgrade Priorities for the clone are Hitpoints until at least 300+, then other stats can be considered.

I think Agile is the best lategame talent in the game; it provides a lot of dodge in different ways: - With Speed Drive you walk around at 3 AP, this is a passive 30% dodge while moving/exploring in normal circumstances. Whenever you get surprised, you have +30% dodge; this is huge. - In Combat, while Running, you have 5 base AP. This translates to +20%-50% dodge in most circumstances. - This build has multiple ways to increase AP like Adrenaline Injector or Death over Chains. During these windows, when you need it most, Agile can provide absurd amounts of dodge (up to +110%), easily getting you to the cap. - Interactions while running allows you to use Health Items from your inventory while in combat (running). This has 2 effects: 1. You can happily use Vests with 0 vest slots (Panzer) and 2. you actually save quite a bit of weight by having all items except Grenades in your inventory where they are affected by the Archangel's weight reduction (just 2 Military Aid Kits give you >2% dodge by keeping them in the inventory instead of vest). Finally, interactions while running gives you utility where you can open doors, loot enemies, etc. while in "combat mode". I honestly think no other talent comes close in the late game. Ninja provides a lot less dodge in almost every situation.

Anywhere from 120 to 200+ resistances. Not amazing, but one of the better defensive traits. Gives you more options for cybernetics choice. This is your flex slot imo, you can replace it with anything else you find cool. A cool choice is for example Possession.
Not selected
The best defensive trait imo. If you max it out, its 31.5% dodge, vs. 22% from Combat Reflexes. Perfectly fits the build.

The best "oh shit" talent that will safe your butt almost every time. And in my opinion the single best talent in the game. When it gets dangerous, you almost always suffer a wound. If you get Pain-Stunned, this almost certainly triggers, completely negating the Pain-Stun downside. Worst case this gives you 30% extra dodge with Agile and you get away from the enemies. But usually you have enough firepower to clear the visible enemies when this procs.

Since we are using Miniguns, we need all the accuracy we can get; and this is a reliable proc with very low cooldown and long uptime. As close as it gets to being a massive passive buff. If you go with a Judge ABC, then Krav Maga is an alternative, but I would stick with Dismantler anyways.
Not selected
The highest unconditional damage buff in the game. And also the only one that you can proc at the press of a button. Really really good; and this build has anywhere from 6 to 10+ implant uses to proc this plenty of times during each mission. Absolute beast of a talent.

Since we use miniguns, this is an obvious choice to boost accuracy. The -40% scatter help us offset Rubberized Servo's penalty and essentially translate to +15% dodge.

Pact

Not selected
Awesome pact that not only helps to farm amputate-only items from Quasimorphs, but also has a high chance to 1-shot barons. Can be used 3 times without repercussions after you have the Magnum upgrade. Or go nuts with Possession and farm those Quasi-Augments. But in the end, the pact is a flex choice you can make depending on what you like. There is no inherent synergy with the build.
